How fast are orders processed?
Orders are processed within 24 hours, 7 days a week. Your dispatch email will include tracking when it becomes available.
Where do you deliver?
Everhear ships worldwide, including the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Europe and most other countries. Delivery is free on every order.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking number and link as soon as your order ships. If you cannot find it within 48 hours of placing your order, check spam first, then contact us with your order number.
What if my order has not arrived?
If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, contact support. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the parcel is confirmed lost, help with a replacement or refund.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
If your order has not been dispatched yet, contact us immediately and we may be able to update it. Once it has shipped, the address usually cannot be changed.
What is your returns policy?
Everhear offers a 90-day return window from delivery, a full home trial for your hearing aids. Change-of-mind returns must be in original condition and original packaging with accessories included. Contact support before sending anything back.
How do I start a return?
Email contact@geteverhear.com with your order number and reason for return. We will confirm your return and provide the correct return address. Change-of-mind return shipping is paid by the customer; faulty or damaged item returns are free.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and checking the returned item, or 14 days after you provide evidence of return postage if earlier. Your bank or payment provider may take another 5-10 working days to show the funds.
What if my item is faulty, damaged or incomplete?
Contact us straight away with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and item. If the item is faulty, damaged or not as described, we will review it and help with a free return, replacement, refund or guarantee claim where eligible.
What does the 2-year guarantee cover?
The guarantee covers manufacturing defects under normal use for 2 years from purchase. It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised modification, normal wear and tear or consumable parts unless stated on the product page.
Are Everhear products real hearing aids?
Yes. Everhear devices are certified OTC (over-the-counter) hearing aids designed for mild to moderate hearing loss, a regulated category with real requirements. Always read the product page and instructions. Everhear products do not replace professional medical advice; see a doctor for sudden hearing loss, ear pain or discharge.
